Nice people

I almost always assume people are decent and nice. I think it is honestly one of my better personality traits, I really do look for the good in people not the bad. It is funny how it can be the smallest thing. For Example:

I had a very large box delivered from UPS. Not terribly heavy but the box was literally bigger than me. I met the UPS man at my front door and asked him if he was allowed to walk it into my house, I was pretty sure he was not. As he explained to me very slowly how he was absolutely not allowed to do that and that it would be okay because it really was not that heavy he casually stretched as far as he possibly could and slid it up the two steps for me and into my foyer. 🙂

I was at a very very cold restaurant and the server put a coffee pot on our table while she was taking our food order. I reached over and used the pot to warm my hand and joked that I almost ordered coffee even though I did not want coffee just to warm my fingers. She came back with a steaming cup of hot water so I could warm my hands. 🙂

If you look for the good instead of the bad you will find it.
