Muscles not Mussels

I was sitting on the couch this morning discussing with the Tracy who lives in my head what my plans were for the day and I decided to skip morning workout. I was already past my goal for the week so why not. Then I stretched and when I turned to rotate my problematic neck I saw this:

and gave myself a little pat* on the back and went and worked out. I am glad I upped my kettlebell weight. I think by the end of summer I may have to go up another one. ๐Ÿ™‚ My weight has stabilized after the whole osteoporosis med adjustment so I am feeling good. I am still having trouble eating and drinking without my belly hurting for the first couple of week after I take the med but I am trying really hard to keep my intake up.

I was talking to someone the other day about my love for buying domain names and I almost bought another one today!

This is my own personal mantra. When I am going into a new situation or feeling uncomfortable around people I repeat it to myself. Well, not the Today part. Just Radiate Light. I picture a ball of yellow sunshine coming out of my heart. It helps me to concentrate more on how other people are feeling rather than my own uncomfortableness. I may still buy it and have it forward to a page that just has a yellow ball of love on it. It is a foible but it is a foible that will only cost me $2.98 for a year of smiles. ๐Ÿ™‚

I like this one too;

My plan for today was to pull out the fabric and the sewing machine and finish off the two bags that are almost done to get them out of here. I have already started on the next one which will be for me, well, unless someone offers to buy it, but I may not. I may sew tomorrow. I am very glad my husband pushed me to buy the sewing machine I have learned so much. I really want to try sewing a zipper into the fabric that I will use to line the next purse. All the new skills in one bag!

Also – if you are looking for plants I recommend

Hirts Gardens.com

I bought two house plants from there that were literally 1/10th the cost of buying them local. 1/10 can be a lot when it is the difference between $10 and $100!!! And my first plant has just thrived so much more than I expected! The second one arrives today.

*autocorrect changed that to pasta which makes me laugh and laugh given the context

    Love the domain name, and I love the sentiment behind it. โ˜€๏ธ

    Canโ€™t wait to see what you whip up next with your crochet and sewing skills. I am truly in awe!

    Will have to check out the plant place. That sounds like an amazing deal! Iโ€™m sure I will find some tempting plants (they are all tempting).
