Just B*tching

I start feeling my age when I am exposed to women who use the word Bitch as a fun friendly term.

I went looking for how this became a thing and ran across this article

I have actually spent some time thinking about this over the years because it bothers me every single time and I do not like to have anything that has that kind of power over me. It is a dichotomy for me because I think the intent of your words matter Hey taking back the power for me and my bitches but I also think choice of words matter and how we use them over time can have unexpected consequences. If your children of all genders hear you calling your friends bitches how will they react when they hear the word used as a pejorative?

How about instead we empower, embrace and embolden these amazing people we choose to spend time with? Hey taking back the power for me and my amazing Amazon Warrior women of the world.

You do not have to agree with me, language is so specific to circumstances and environment that I really do understand the use, I just do not like it. Bless your Heart!

You and I – birds of a feather on this one. I have colorful phrases that use the word bitch but don’t call me one unless you want me to pop you in the face. Ha ha ha!

Anyway, Ms Tracy – you’ve been on my mind today and my life is better because I know you so thanks!

You’ve been on my mind so much lately. I really miss you. I feel like I’ve been out of touch because I haven’t been feeling well. But yesterday and today were much better days so I feel like I am more aware of life around me.
