It’s Friday!
This has been a long week.
Monday – one hour appointment at the dentist to remove the temporary filling/crown, then drill and mold for the permanent and put on another temp.
Tuesday -Chemo
Wednesday – CT Scan – barium breakfast. Should not have scheduled it for the day after chemo. Good News again – no visible cancer and as a bonus the “three hypervascular nodules” that showed up on my liver last year have now disappeared. I think I am going to stick with my beet juice for liver cleaning regimen.
Thursday – SLEEP
Friday – to the oncologist so he could tell me about the results of the CT that I already knew. We also discussed my Vitamin D levels that I cannot budge and his current reading of Upton Sinclair’s The Jungle. He explained that you’ll not be wanting to eat meat if you read it. I happened to be wearing this at the time:
Currently working on a knit called basket-weave. I am not enjoying the yarn. It’s nice yarn, just not for this. Too dark, too stiff. I have different on order. For some reason I am having trouble counting to 6 then 8 repeatedly!
Tomorrow I am hoping to cook spinach/leek rolls from my Buddhist Chef Comfort Foods cookbook. They look like moldy cinnamon rolls 🙂

I need to make some headway (get it?) on my hats. I ordered more yarn because I saw some cheaper skeins on Walmart. I don’t understand why what looks like the same yarn can have a million different price points.
It sounds like you had way too much medical going on this week. I hope that means you have condensed it and cleared some more med-free weeks for yourself!

Yarn is ridiculous! I wanted to order some of the lion brand that we both like but they were out of colors that my daughter wanted. Yesterday I hopped onto Joanne and they have ALL the colors on sale for less than Lion, you know, the manufacturers??
I do as a matter of fact have at least ONE FULL WEEK of no dog appointments, no dentist appointments and no Tracy appointments!
