I really am trying to connect with the world again. It feels like I have been in a bubble for years. It is so much easier to just be silent than to make plans and have to cancel or to have to explain why even though most of me is healthier than it has been in a long time I have to make allowances. I have to have perfect circumstances and lots of luck. I have to stay super hydrated and eat only certain foods at certain times in certain amounts. It is still quite frustrating.
I have however gone since August 2 without a prolonged AFib episode which is the longest I have gone since this whole thing started. I am SUPER happy about that.
But, as it works in my house my heart was taking care of business so my husbands when on strike. His coronary artery was quite badly clogged in two places. So we spent three days at the hospital last week. This time they did the balloon angioplasty with the meds attached to break up the blockage. He has so much hardware in that artery that if it blocks again they will have to restent the whole thing.
We have a lot of dogs in our neighborhood and few fences so there are lots of dogs being take on walks. At the beginning of the warm weather I noticed a new dog and owner. A lazy, inconsiderate, jackass and his beautiful giant Pyrenees. You have just never seen piles of dog poop so big! He has been confronted, his wife has been talked to and still….
So now I have invested in sidewalk chalk which was oddly more difficult to find then I expected this time of year. I started with a pack of regular size but very colorful chalk and that was too difficult to write with on rough cement so as we speak I have a pack of large hopefully vibrant sidewalk chalk sitting on the door step. Along with a 10 pound bag of raw peanuts so the the blue jays will stop yelling at me through the window when I work out. I need to brain storm some short but clear phrases to write on the sidewalk that will not offend anyone who did not leave their dogs piles of poo everywhere.
Also I got 12 inches of hair cut off.
