I lost another point in visceral fat. In the last 15 or so years since I have started paying a lot of attention to my health and well being and owned a scale that measures visceral fat I have only one other time lost visceral fat.
Visceral fat is bad. It’s the fat that coats the outside of your organs and makes it harder for them to work.
I was so surprised when I stepped on my scaled this morning that I did it twice.
That is all, i just needed to be proud of myself for a moment.
