(And not in the talk like a pirate day)

I use to do posts where I just bullet pointed all the things that were aggravating me. Nothing big, just a way to get the complaints out of me and let go. Maybe I should start that again because I can feel the annoyances building up and getting ready to explode.

So the Good – CARDIO WORKS. My follow up echo was better than the previously six months (when I stopped doing morning cardio) worth of echos. The heart is a muscle, we all know what happens to muscle when you do not use it to its full potential.

The Bad part of this is I am supposed to schedule chemo again but I have so far been unable to speak to the scheduling people. I just keep calling and being told they will call me back. It is like insult to injury because I do not look forward to starting chemo again and would love to procrastinate but I cannot because they are. Also I am a week overdue for a monthly shot I get and I do not enjoy the side effects of that delay.

Yesterday I had a sitcom worthy moment and today I am paying the price. I was sitting and when I stood up and took a step I hit the ground. Was it some crazy blackout ? No. My foot was asleep! I hit hard! All three animals because very concerned which was fifty percent adorable and fifty percent annoying. Luckily I am short so not far to fall. I knew I hurt my ankle because I rolled my foot and landed on the side but overnight I can now tell you I hurt my right ankle, hip, wrist and elbow. Nothing serious, just annoying!!! My ankle took the brunt I think and it is still warm and aches when I move it.

I need to go do my morning exercise – Resistance Band, Tibetan Rites and bike and I am pretty sure there is going to be some modifications today. What if I cannot do my bike? What if I added cardio back fixed my broken heart and then now have to stop for a week?

I found a small child who wants the unicorn so that makes me happy.

Last night I dreamed of vampires for a long long time. I have NO idea why.

To amuse myself I just went and found lots of Bitmoji to fit the blog and will now go insert them!

    And I hope you feel better, now. I do morning pages…I don’t follow the rules and write 3 pages but I write enough to get the BS out and the gratitude in. This morning was a Haiku…it’s on my FB page. It started out understanding I am but a ripple in the energy of the Universe and #belikethepondat sunrise

    The ” I’m ok’ Bitmoji definitely went with this. Made me laugh out loud. Well snicker anyway. Funny but not. I hope the aches aren’t too awful. . And ppl answer your calls and you find cake or something. geeze.some days huh.

    The people not getting back to you is pissing me off. Def not okay. Why won’t they just schedule you? Is there someone higher up that you could call and voice your concern? If I was closer, I’d go over and box their ears for you. Well, no I really wouldn’t but that really makes me mad.

    Ouchy! While that hasn’t happened to me, I worry about it so I feel really bad for you. I am sorry that happened. I hope that it doesn’t cause too much pain. Gentle hugs!
